Very interesting about spinach, fact is my birds dont like any other green leafy food apart from carrot tops which arent available all year round. I figure that if they are eating at least some spinach instead of gobbling seed its a good thing. Broccoli is a no no with all of them, kale is a no and we dont get romaine lettuce. They eat carrots and tops and apple. Thye do get mineral supplements - everyday at the moment with Tobi being ill - at least if there is some in most pots she will benefit from it - not that its working grrrrrr.

I'll get some more pictures over the Easter weekend when hopefully he will keep still long enough for some decent pics. I love when he flys he flutters and sometimes he goes so slow I dont think he is going to make his landing but he does perfectly every time. I love the way baby budgies fly. Dear God please make my baby budgie stay baby for ever and love me and let me give head scritches and not grow up and hate me like the rest hehe! Amen!

He is so lovable aswell and he closes his eyes and lets you kiss him on the head. Noo can see him where he is and saw me playing with him. Later in the day when Noo was out he flew at me and bit right through my lip in a jealous rage. Beano has been moved from his view completely.

I use it for my feather plucking tiel and on the other birds once a month for a couple of days. I find it okay but prefer ACE High as an all round vitamin.

I couldnt get any really good pictures and he wont sit still even for a minute. He is gorgeous though and quite tame. He is doing the baby budgie Im on an escape mission bit at the moment. I think he is a dominant sky blue pied. Hope you like him. Here he is trying to sqeeze himself through his toy ladders, he got stuck several times so these have been replaced with ones that have bigger spaces in. He is mad what can I say hehe.

Going to order it now seen as though Im stuck at work for an extra half hour - I should be gone now grrrrrrrrrrrr!

Just an update, To be honest Tobi isnt any better at all maybe even a bit worse, after antibiotics and probiotics for a week aswell. She has exactly the same thing she had at the beginning of the year and the lump and the sticky poop are back aswell. This lasted for a month before and its almost a week and a half since this broke out again. Her breathing is really fast again although her cere is clear and no panting as such. I just wish the vet new what it was its so frustrating, plus nobody else seems to know, maybe its a unique Tobi illness but whatever it is I want her better for good so she is staying on the probiotics and having lots of good green food which helped last time. Please prayer for my baby girl she hits 1 on the 15th May and I would like her better for then.

Tomorrow Tomorrow Tomorrow hehe Im getting excited. He only has to spend one more night in the pet shop and he is all mine. I will be sure to post pictures on Monday along with the rest of the flock and especially for Lin, Noo Noo will be included hehe!

To my knowledge budgies dont get runny poop when they molt otherwise mine would have constant runs. Have you changed anything in his diet and how long have the poops been runny?

Im surprised that my Patty has any feathers left at all, how can one budgie lose so many feathers and not look bald hehe. Her cage floor is literally covered in yellow feathers after one day, I change the covering and its the same the next day. One thing I can say she never looks scruffy when moulting my only bird that molts the most and looks perfect, but then she is a lady of course hehe.

Great cage, great price as far as I can tell as I doubt you would get that cage over here for less than £100. Buy it and buy more birds and post the pictures tomorrow hehehe. Kidding I ill give you until next week!

Yeah might be worth it Karen, he wont be able to escape the sound of them though - 9 other birds arent going to stay quiet for 3 months are they hehe.

He is 7 weeks old he is gorgeous - I want him now. I just hope the others dont influence him. Hopefully the quarantine period will help.

Haha I know, Unfortunately I cant possibly have any just yet. I may try a bit later in the future who knows. I think Ive been spoilt with Noo Noo dont you. I hope my new little Beano cant be tamed somewhat.

Hmmm matey you are encouraging me hehehe. Are Kaks as lovable and as tame as tiels aka Noo hehe. I like the yellow ones are there are some for sale at Pets At Home too.

None of my budgies like broccoli even though I still feed them it almost everyday. Carrot is a faves of their though. Only Noo Noo my tiel will devour broccoli. Lovely pictures.
