:bluebudgie: I can't wait for my camera, dad's is only 6mp and i can get fantastic photos with that, so clear and beautiful. Only problem is i find the camera too big and hard to focus, (Laughing out loud). He's staying an extra week so that he's got time to look around and do touristy stuff. Hopefully some camera shopping too. :(Laughing out loud):

Dad's in Kuala Lumpar and i'm getting the Canon Powershot A650 IS. It's 12mp and 6x optical zoom, about the size of my A80 so i will be able to hold it steady. I'm so excited!!
  3. I use ivermectin too. Definitely worth picking some up from the vets.

Just some more photos of the terrible trio! And look, Blinkie was all tuckered out.

These are just some photos i took with dad's camera before he went off to Malaysia for work. He should be bringing me back a new camera for my birthday, so then i won't need to borrow his all the time, (Laughing out loud)! Hehehe...lots of pics, maybe it's a good thing i don't have access to dads camera for a couple of weeks.
  6. Someone needs to teach the budgies of the world that those see-saw swings have TWO sides for a reason. My boys fight over theirs too. Gorgeous photos, all your budgies are so gorgeous!
  7. This is my favourite activity lately. Yesterday i spent....urm....well quite a bit on beads, cotton rope, and some other bits and pieces for toy making. The birds better appreciate it! Blinkie certainly appreciates one of the toys i made recently...it's a wiffle ball toy with lots of cotton rope and beads ... he spends a lot of time humping the fluffy rope.

Me three. But whether a he or a she, Sherbet is gorgeous.
  9. They're all gorgeous!
  10. I love Bobby, he's a cutie. Love that 4th picture, what a poser!

Love the fluffy bub! Too cute. You've got so many gorgeous budgies there.
  12. Oh she is looking just GORGEOUS!
  13. That's so sad the last little guy died. I'm so glad that "breeder" is going to be banned from owning birds again! I hope you find a good breeder with a healthy and happy little budgie for Katie. :ausb:

    She's a real cutie.
  15. I love changing the cage around too! My problem is i'll get it all laid out in a way i LOVE and then it'll come time to rearrange it and i wont be able to make it so cool again.
  16. That's the same cage i have (i've got two, one for budgies, one for tiels). I would replace the dowels with perches running front to back rather than side to side. This will allow your budgies to fly across the cage. :hap: Some more toys would probably be appreciated to. Those are the only things i can think of.
  17. You got some great photos of the flock there! The flying one looks really cool.
  18. Both Elle and Mammoth are gorgeous....but then, so are all your budgies Kaz!! :(Laughing out loud):
  19. Saffy!!! :(Laughing out loud): At least she passed the egg with no dramas.
  20. My indoor boys weigh from 32g (pipsqueak Fizzy, don't worry he's always been that small) to 41g (Macho-Man Ozzie). Blinkie sits anywhere between 38g and 40g depending on how much of a pig he's been that day. Some of my outdoor budgies would weigh a decent amount.....fatties. :(Laughing out loud):
  21. I was bored with nothing to do a while ago so i got the camera and started snapping some birdy pics. What else do you do when you're bored, (Laughing out loud). The Blinko! Ha ha ha! Blinkie, i got a photo of you looking fat! And there's nothing you can do about it! Oh yeah... *evil budgie eye* Mr Ozzie "Muscle-Budge" Moswald Wanna see me do a macho budgie pose *flex* My body is so muscular! *flex some more* And Fizzy was kind enough to pose for a whole ONE photo, as soon as the camera went click he ran off in his usual hyperactive state! I have to say it was one quality pose though. :hap:

What a cutie!! :hap: Though digesting food can't be fun when you're hanging like that. :(Laughing out loud):
  23. I LOVE Precious' colour, and the pied baby is ADORABLE. :fear
  24. Oh wow!! :fear That looks fantastic!
