  2. No probs, glad i could help! :bluebudgie:
  3. I think he was saying not to feed them too often.
  4. Let your birdy settle in before handling her anymore. As she's an adult she's probab;y had a couple of homes before you got her and the change will be really stressful!

You could try partially covering his cage (just the top and sides) to dim the light and possibly relax him. He sounds like he needs some time to get over the shock caused by treatment. It good that he isn't afraid of your hand being in the cage. He probably hangs out on the top back perch because it is high and furthest away from everything. :bluebudgie:
  6. Here's a whole topic about it: http://www.daves-forums.co.uk/bbc/index.php?showtopic=2383

Well i don't believe that. Surely if you got a seed bell of a reputable (is that the word i'm looking for?) brand name in wouldn't have any bad ingredients in it!
  8. Common colds aren't transmitable (sp?) between humans and budgies.

Is the boy and the hen mates??? They do pair up for breeding and the male feeds his mate during the time that the hen is in the nest box. And don't worry about asking questions!!! That's what the forums are here for!

You can expect up to about 10 eggs but they don't usually all hatch. Eggs are layed every second day and hatch in the same order after 18 days. If the eggs hatch then you should just leave them with mum.

The squares are small. It's like mini chicken wire!!! I don't think that type of wire looks very nice though and the metal could have traces of poison on.
