hi all! well from what i know mauve is a d/f of blue it is 2 d/f to create mauve BUT WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAUVE AND GREY? as i though that mauve looked grey so people just called it grey? i went on this site that dsaid it was a colour adding factor like violet! but violet only changes the shade of blue to make it purplish, yet you can still tell if its a cobalt or violet but grey? can a bird be sky blue, but have this grey factor thing, or is it just grey as in the base colour would be grey not sky with grey on top like violets? please help me someone. im very confused :ohmygod: alpaca-boy

really like the dom pied here... i was going to say it is the same one but its not as it has a yellow face! i must have a fetish for dom pied greys i really like how the grey covers a decent portion and then finishes straight instead of randomly gives a nice look i think :ohmygod: are you selling any? how much would you sell them for approx.?

thank you all for your nice comments! yeh he is a pretty cool pet to have! =) when he swims its like he glides through the water, my mum says he is a "cool swimmer" ?? lol he lives in a tank about the size of 1m x 50cm x 50cm and he has a little platform which lies above the water which he is able to hop onto. and he has a uv light above his platform, so he can sunbake which is by the way one of is favourite past times but his favourite thing to do is eat i feed him fish cubes, which are fish in a cube! amazing isnt it they are approx 1.5cm by 1.5cm and he gets 1 every day, so its no wonder he is so big as they are only spose to be fed every 3 days apperently? he is a MURRAY RIVER SHORT NECK turtle 'emydura macquarii' i think they are also known as the macquarie short neck turtle? yeh his eyes are like budgies! same size too yes he gets to come out of the tank every weekend, and he walks around my room and ignore what other people tell you, turtles are fast! lol he runs aaway from me lol yeh their defensive mechanism... once there was aturtle on the road and we pulled over and my dad picked it up and it shot out some urine looking thing ?? lol it was like a jet of water but then we took it to a local pond!

oh im so sorry sootie (bbc member) poor little sootie (bird) so sweet and small and poor django who lost a friend i am sorry for your loss, good luck will come in the future and maybe then django can have another mate rip sootie

thanks for the interesting info patrick! heres me thinking that cinnamon only affects the colour of the wings! but it does other things now does it... haha so it produces better fether quality, and removes bad markings in opalines very interesting! thanks again grant.

hi everyone. i just wanted to show you all my pet turtle - KINGSTON ! i got him for my 15th birthday, and he was only the size of a 50cent piece he was so little and now he is 2 1/2 years old and about the size of the palm of your hand! he grows so fast kingston as a baby ....

aawwwwwwwwwwwww they ears are adorable so little and they flap around. and look at their chubby bellies! so cute now ask the vet whether or not they are being fed properly! they dont look like theyre "going to die" to me ????? they were just trying to make more money good job kazzzzzzz! :bliss:
