cool thanks! i think i would be to scared to put a closed ring on a baby budgies put incase i accidently break one of its toes :wine has anyone experienced that before? thanks for the help guys.

Hi BBC members. well i was wondering where can i get leg rings from?? where are they sold? as i was thinking "hey this would make me look really professional" and i aslo saw other budgies with them, and thought hey why dont mine have them?? so why dooo only some budgies have them, what are they used for and what does the code mean? thanks in advance alpaca-boy

WHY do cinnamons improve the breeding within flocks, do they have some special enhancing gene???????? please please tell me, i am very curious now! ummm... i think it is a violet for sure! but i was thinking d/f violet sky, as i thought it was a lighter purple dean from nz what do you mean by clean-up? is there something wrong with these wings?

your absolutely right kaz!!!!!!!!!1 i have thought the same thing myself, everyday my dog licks the milk leftover from my cereal. everynow and then he gets a little bit of goodies like cake or something, but he is perfectly healthy!. we feed him raw breastr chicken, raw meat, as he doesnt like the canned **** im not sure why they promote that as it is basically guts in a can. ???? you would think they would advise a diet of variety, with fresh foods that are higher in protein, nutrients etc fresh foods ARE MORE NUTRITIOUS dont they know that? you think they would with their supposeably high iq and there big shot uni degress i have nothing against them personaly, but i think they go with the generic idea that if you feed them "dog food", which is for DOGS they think you are doing them good ?????? oh well, just keep feeding as you are i say WOULD MAGGIE HAVE GIVEN BIRTH TO 7 HEALTHY PUPPIES ON HER FIRST TIME IF SHE WASNT HEALTHY ??? ASK THEM THAT your doing a great job kaz , dw about what they say.

i have! :rofl: my budgie alfalfa, is exactly the same, green with cinnamon the cinnamon lightens the green to create an apple green colour ..nice! but alfalfa moulted and it turned darker to a darkish green. you can see in my signature

that was so cool. i dint think budgies could be trained like dogs !!! wow i watched another one after that... half of it is the same, but some tricks are different i like the one with the ladders and the flag which pops up at the end... funny and cute! thanks nubbaly, i see what you mean. so why do they only call s/f cobalts "true violet" when the d/f cobalt is more purple in coloure, it is more intense ps: so is violet visually detectable on a mauve?
