This may seem rude of me, but I personally think this thread should be closed or locked. I do think it has gone on long enough and people are going to get offended, upset, annoyed, P****d off etc. I can picture all the private message wars now. If I were a complete new new member as of the last few weeks, and I saw this thread, I'd not stay - I'd try and find somewhere else that has a better atmosphere. Of course I know better and this is just one bad thread out of a brilliant forum, but to a new member coming on here and searching culls or helping a purchaser - I honestly think some of them would run a mile. I hate the idea of losing members and not gaining new ones because of overheated differences of opinions.

Yes but they look the goods to me, whether they are show quality or not We all have to start somewhere. I'm no where near where you're at in experience or flock size, but I AM fortunate enough to have some pretty decent birds courtesy of a lovely lady haha For me to pick the ones that YOU as a more experienced person is keeping makes me think I am learning what a good budgie looks like. You have some amazing birds! I have a favorite of Kaz's flock and that is her Yellow Faced Sky Violet Cock, Gosh he is amazing - he is something pretty special in her flock I believe so again, I think I maybe learning what a good bird is *HI 5* hahaha

I remember calling Kaz once and she put the mobile down and held a budgie to her ear I still chuckle to this day when I picture it! Oh well the birds are sort of all over the place in different cages in different areas of the house and yard as the birds are still in quarantine - I am actually planning on introducing Santa and Mrs Claws to Cinnamon and Sprite tomorrow. I have another 9 birds from Kaz to go in but they are still in quarantine. I shall get some photos tomorrow....if I can find where I placed the camera - I've had budgie brain lately and keep putting things down to go see all the birds, then can't find where I put everything whoops hahaha

No they've been around hens the whole time - there were three hens in with them when I got them, along with another three cocks. And I know they were all around other hens and cocks before I received them
