  1. Did you stop her after each of these small eggs?If these is the case I would be wondering if the next one in the clutch would be small as well. Has it always been with the same male?

Just join the 4 of them together ;)Or do what I do and don't have "aviaries" - just have bloody big "cages". :(Laughing out loud): That's what I thought, make joining paths and you suddenly only have 1 aviary If you merge 20 and 50, you get 70 That would only be fair.I've heard a lot of people are excited about the Caboolture.Redcliffe.And.Pine. Shire Council ..... oh ... and Kilcoy 70 sounds like a perfect compromise :ausb:

I better start saving then Daz Pine Rivers has a 20 bird limit and Caboolture has a 50 bird limit (until a permit is needed). that's a big difference. Hope you can make it to the meeting Patrick.
  9. a bit of warm water and a rag will help clean the feet.
  10. Bea you might be right. I stated Green before since I was told the parents where both green. Sometimes a grey-green can have paler wings than a normal green. Libby any chance of getting some shots of the spangles you own? It might help.

  12. They are simply fixing the box up as THEIR nest, with a little bit of wood shavings inside they will dig around and scrape it to the sides. MDF is what most pet shop nest boxes are made out of. wild budgies use a hollow branch or even just a shallow cave in rocks.
