Wow gorgeous pics - you would think with 4 budgies I would get at least ONE that loves a bath but no occasionally Bobby will bathe in a lettuce bath but he has to be in the mood It's fantastic - 15 y/o, thats great!

Here are some pics I took today of all the budgies, having their first play session together! Getting to know each other Nothing like a good meal to break the ice The opalines admiring each other and themselves What..... The pieds being coy with each other - geez your pretty...no you are Bobby of course demanding all the attention! The all play nicely and there haven't been any fights to worry about!!

Sora & Kyan are both beautiful opalines, I think skyblue but hard to tell on my monitor, not sure about oh-oh, perhaps a greywing or dilute skyblue... I can't tell the difference! Oh I am a novice at this so I am sure someone else will come along and correct me They are beautiful by the way - I esp love Oh-oh, I love the washed out colours

Yesterday when the budgies got home they were 2 scared, confused, untamed avairy birds This is them today!! :bluebudgie: I cannot believe how quickly they have taken to me!!!

Yup! First I have to finish building a house for myself then I will build and avairy - one as big as Bubbles!!!

Sparky & Sherbie!!!! :ausb: A member of pet lovers forum? was selling her budgies, and knowing how much I wanted a green opaline, approached me and asked if I would take him (Sparkie) of course I said yes then thought poor Sparkie, being taken from his avairy and mummy and everything he knows to come and live with me, I thought I would take his mate too, so that he wouldn't feel so lonely!! They came home today and seem to be settling in well! I've had them lined up for weeks which is why I couldn't get that sweet shivering baby, I already committed to these too and I had a hard enough time convincing hubby that I could have these two (he THINKS I am holding them here for quaranteen and then they are going to a friends avairy) I do have the avairy lined up just in case...... SHHHHH Anyway - here they are!! They have bred before, but the female has plucked her babies so I'm not going to try with them in case she does it again Sherbie - so what do you think of her, Sparkie - mmm I don't know :grbud: *whispers* She keeps pointing that weird shiny thing at us Here let me get a closer look Its okay - she is harmless Well the place looks okay corners could do with a clean oooh check this out This looks like it could be fun weee it isssss I think I'm gonna like it here well with a home furnished this fine - I think so too

I know what you mean The store itself is actually good - they have clean cages and toys and they aren't over crowded - the budgies are all healthy looking and happy looking too - I think the breeder shouldn't have sold this one just yet, she looked so small and lonely This is the same pet shop I got Sunny from - I think its the best in town for budgies

I was thinking the same thing Karen - his colours are much brighter and his wings look so white against his body So beautiful!!
