Gosh I never knew you shouldnt feet spinach mine LOVE it, they hate brocoli though. Im doing good with carrot they like that but prefer spinach. I would like a sticked list if you could as it seems Im feeding completely the wrng stuff!

Ive also heard that tail bobbing when breathing could be a sign of illness too. Saying that my Patty has always done that and she is healthy , well apart from her attitude hehe!

My Candy was the same and although better he still isnt a strong flyer, his was down to being overweight and refusing to come out of the cage. Mianly because he is scared of a couple of the other birds. We have come to a compromise where comes out just with Bobby his roomy hehe and he does at least a coupl of full flights of the room which is a first for him. So if he is getting fed lots of honey treats as Candy was this could be once of the reasons.

I use it Sarah its fine you just spray it on and clean no need to rinse it off but just make sure its dry before you put the birdies back in as the smell is quite strong.

Cute cage Sarah, I had the smaller version in blue too when I had Bobby on his own he loved that cage but never used the feeders, Only Candy has ever used those type of feeders I really dont know why they make them that way. I know what you mean about pulling off the hooked on cups, Tobi does all hers 4 in total on a daily basis - Madam she is hehe!

No problem, its right that males and generally more playful although Tobi my youngest girl it the most playful outrageous budgie Ive seen totally barmy. I hope you have lots of fun with them and dont forgoet to keep up updated and post lots more pictures.

Hi and welcome. Its safe to say Pipina is a girl with a girl attitude. Ive a couple of girls that behave that way its perfectly normal. All my budgies hate me going in their cages when they are ready for bed but then again would you like to be messed around when youve just got settled in bed hehehe. Hope this helps.

Yes It will be big enough for both of them to share. Obviously it wont happen overnight but in time. Aw go one be a devil get the cage - it looks big enough and it DOES have 4 feeders!

Awww a pink cage would be awesome. You should get the open top cage - order it now hehe!

The one Im getting has a grill but I can live with that. I would getb the open top one especially with Patch and Kylie being tame they will love sitting up top!

I got some of this Budge and Tobi adores it, does Gooby like it? I also bought the tiel version but they arent as taken.

I had the smaller version in blue when Bobby was on his own before I bought the big cage, Ive kept it as a quaratine cage - I like them.

No you MUST wait at least until they are a year old, please dont even think about breeding the 4 month olds - they are still babies, the other 2 should be fine though!

Thats strange because all my budgies drink water openly and Candy a lot more than the others (one of the other reasons I thought he had fatty liver disease) but its common for them to be shy about it, dont worry he is drinking just when your not looking!

True but all my birds have been taken with these shredder things, and for ?5 they are good value.

I buy these from www.featheredpets.com. You get a huge strip in a roll, just cut off a strip and clip it to the side of the cage, mine go through a whole roll a month. I didn't think they would use it but they absolutely LOVE shredding it. Try some!

I agree about the grills my big cage has them and cant take them out as there is enough space for escapes, I cover the grills over with kitchen roll stops them getting dirty too.

Oh thats good. I think Kylie is going to be just fine, she and patch are going to have so much fun. Wish I could see a picture too Lin hehe!

Oh god how could I forget that - yes Sarah dont use anything non stick to cook with it can be leathal. To be honest knowing that and you only having a small house I would feel safer having them both in the same room.
