Nah, it does the job great. The only thing that's a little annoying is how much space the monitor takes up.

I also wonder how he got it! Anyway, you caught it early and it'll go away in no time at all. You've probably seen it already but in Health there's a pinned topic that shows before and after of one of my budgies really ultra bad scaly face, only took about 2 weeks to go away with ivermectin.

I peeled and chopped myself a deeeeeelicious apple this afternoon and was kind enough to give one bit to Blink and Oz. However they soon discovered that i had some apple so logically it must be better! Once my apple supply ran out, all of a sudden theirs was good enough again!! *sigh* And we all know that regurgitated apple is even nicer than fresh.

Oh yeah!! It is a similar smell!! I thought i recognised it. I think i might wash it just incase though, it's not a very nice smell.

I know that sisal rope is good for making budgie toys but the times that i've got some it really really stinks, all chemically. This is the untreated stuff to! Is it suppose to smell funny. It takes AGES for the smell to go away too.

I want to make some like that for myself but i'm not entirely sure i'm handy enough. Could someone please tell me the NAMES of the bits i'd need to buy so i can go to a hardware store and not have to say i need a screwy bit and a couple of holdy bits and then the one that keeps it together!!

I was going to get some yesterday but somehow the budgies just kept doing more and more cute stuff until the battery ran out! :(Laughing out loud): I'll get some Cookie photos today.

Here's some flight shots i got of Blink and Oz today, some are good while most aren't but i thought i'd post all of them. There are more of Blinkie because he wasn't flying so fast - despite Ozzie's rather pudgy tum he's ultra speedy.

Shooing doesn't work, that's the biggest game in the history of budgie. Blinkie knows the game so well that the cheeky rat will fly off the floor as soon as i stand to shoo him and fly back down once i sit down, he thinks he's hilarious.

Wouldn't misting them cause them to associate water with punishment. That can't be good cause they need to have baths.

Hehe, today i made them a mix of rice and veggies, so far they're turning their beaks up at it though so i may just need you to come and eat it for me! :(Laughing out loud):

I think it must be the egg. His poops are back to normal again. It's a pattern, eggs the night before, yellow poops over night and in the morning. I won't give him eggs tonight and see if that makes a difference.

Blinkie's doing yellow poos. I noticed some in the cage yesterday but when i separated Blink and Oz to see who was doing them both were doing normal poops so i didn't think much of it. Then this morning when i went to get them out i noticed lots of yellow droppings and i got them out one at a time to weigh them and Blinkie did a yellow poo on the paper towel, so it's him. He hasn't lost weight (37g) and he's behaving normally. It's just his poops. I wouldn't even be taking the time to post this but the vets are closed on Sundays so until tomorrow there's not much i can do. I should've taken them yesterday. I feel so bad. If there's something wrong with my baby i don't know what i'll do. I will try to get an appointment for tomorrow. One thing i thought of is that the last 2 nights i've fed them mashed egg. Could that cause the colour change? He's still racing around like a loonatic and flirting with everything, terrorizing Mickey.
