  5. How do you plan getting there from the airport if you don't drive. It is about a 20 minute drive maybe 30 minutes. When you leave the airport you head for the city you get turn on the freeway that goes to Geelong Can't think of the name (i think it is the western ring road well any that goes straight pass Laverton. And Laverton is where you need to go. Someone on here that lives in Melbourne will be able to help better than my directions. Google directions from airport to laverton.
  6. Well done S_C :rip:
  7. Jake gets chicken necks, meaty rib bones to chew on. he has kinda gone off the chicken necks I think he prefers the 4leg all natural and my cooking. Everytime we give him his chicken necks he goes and buries them, can't be very hungry. Today i made him doggy biscuits and I gave him one and he loved it. I also cooked up 2 different varieties of mince, 1 with beef mince, pasta, egg and veges with added garlic and parsely and the other the other beef mince, chicken livers, rice, veges and parsely. I froze the lot because he still has plenty in the fridge to get through yet. :rip: I also cooked some chopped chicken livers in the oven until they are nearly dry and I give these to him when training him, he thinks they are alright

  9. Thanks good to know, I give Jake a chook egg a couple of times a week. I do you make anything else for variety as I was thinking of making something with chicken in it. At the moment I have in on 4legs all natural dog food. He loves eat his head doesn't come out of the bowl until empty. I also started giving him pet mince raw as they say raw is best but he doesn't really like it much. So I cooked it up today but very fatty so I tpped all the fat out and then added an egg while it was still cooking, and then I added grated carrot and chopped parsley, 1/2 cup of quick oats and a 1/4 clove of garlic. I gave him a bit and boy did he down that. I want to give him a variety so he doesn't get bored. So I will give yours a go Kaz.

I can just see him for the first few times stopping and rolling and trying to get it off But I might give it aao, can you buy them or do I have to make one.

  24. Everytime I got out to the breeding room to check my birds Jake follows and he while I am in there he occupies himself buy playing in my ready to cement area and when I come out he has big red paws and a red nose and there are holes everywhere. Greg put a temperary fence uo before because he finished it off for me because I played dump and said I didn't know how to do it. Which in the end I really didn't. As it was I shovelled and moved about 15 full wheel barrows of dirt, I thought I was goin g to die. Yippie just rand up and ordered the cement mix (sand) we are doing it ourselves, Greg's idea. It will be late morning tomorrow. But yes Snoopy getting really excited.
