  4. oh wow, gorgeous!! I see you have yellow pieds there. :budgiedance: simply cute.. :redalbino:
  5. oh my, look how they grow!! it's amazing how much they've grown since I last saw them!! gorgeous! I want baby B.
  6. Kaz, because goliath's an opaline, and opaline is sex linked, all females will be opalines, and all male babies will be split to opaline. So baby two and four (and possibly five depending on colouring) are boys, and baby one and three (opalines) are girls.
  7. I don't think it's a dilute. My Mr Attitude is very light as well, but his spangle markings are too dark. In the photos, I think that the black line on the wings are too dark to be dilute. I'm saying that it's a light grey opaline spangle.
  8. I think Stumpy is indeed a greywings after studying him a lot closer a couple of days ago. and dont forget he's also split for opaline.
  9. awww Rie, he's such a cutey pie!! what an awesome boy he is! I'm glad he is flirting with you again too.
  10. gorgeous bubs you have there.

Oh my, they are both so very cute!!! I love their puffy looks.
  12. he's a gorgeous baby. very nice looking boy for sure. I'm sticking to boy until he turns brown.. hehe
  13. Gorgeous bird!! Yes I think those patches are from the down feathers just showing while she's flying like Nerwen said. I Think this happens because the feathers aren't sitting like they should when they are just perching so therefore showing the down feathers at full stretched of the wings.

one of my budgies just does it when he's happy by himself.. doesn't mean that he loves me or anything or anything else, I think it's a thing he does. he's a healthy baby.
  15. I agree with that... I've definitely noticed the white/yellow edge to the spangles. but I do describe the spangle marking as it it's like reverse patterns as that is the best way to really explain it to people who are only first learning how to reckonise the mutations.

wow, great pics!! I love them all. Does papaya actually have red eyes or is it the flash? he seems to have a very blue cere if he's a lutino!! and I think Jingles is a girl.

they are all gorgeous! a good range of colours.
  18. Thanks Bubbles, birdluv, sco tie, and sailorwolf. I'll let him know what you said here. I'm sure he'll appreciate it. I'm not sure how much it would to ship that to NZ, I can always check it. and currently, no we don't have a webpage for anything.. as we don't have too many creations!!! (Laughing out loud)...
  19. what a pretty girl. she's gorgeous!

Oh my goodness, look at all those babies!! Soooo cute!!! all the different colours and mutations. love them!
  21. do you have a picture of your bird's wing marking? I had a look at my spangle boys.. there's just white tail feathers!! (Laughing out loud).. no marking there. Have to check my girl in the aviary to see if she has anything under her tail feathers.
  22. I think Pistachio is a full bodied greywings light green. Not 100% sure though
  23. Hi, you boy looks to be a violet opaline spangle as you mentioned. If those two breed you'll get (Assuming that your boy is a violet cobalt, and your hen is a skyblue) Opaline skyblue Opaline cobalt Opaline skyblue violet Opaline cobalt violet Spangle Opaline skyblue Spangle Opaline cobalt Spangle Opaline skyblue violet Spangle Opaline cobalt violet Double factor Spangle Opaline (a pure white bird with black eyes and iris rings) If your hen is a cobalt in true colour, then add mauve to the list of opaline and spangles.
  24. Hi Desi... Tyler is gorgeous!! I have a dom pied and a double factor dom pied that has that problem.. only a little bit of blue shows through. actually my double factor dom pied has pink cere. with babies, you will get all dom pied split to recessive babies. colours varies from cobalt to mauve, and also violets. I'm assuming that tyler is a cobalt. If he's skyblue, you will get skyblue babies as well. Cheers
  25. wow, those are great!! Ozzie looks fantastic and very different too in black and white.
