l'm glad that there where no budgies in there. even if the opossum do not eat budgies, the opossum could have injured the budgies by frightening them and causing them to fly crazy and crash into things or even give them a heart attack. also the opossum could leave a hole in the cage and the budgies could escape.

Hi, welcome having two budgies that are 2 years old, is not impossible to tame them. it may be a little harder and it will take some patience but it can be done. l have been taming my 2 2year old budgies for almost 2 months now and they are not completely tamed yet but they are becoming tamer then what they where like before the traing. here is my thread about my taming of my 2 budgies Hobbes and Claire http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....=18572&st=0
