Skinny Budgie
I would not worm a sick budgie without knowing for a FACT that is the issue more then often we self treat and then the bird ends up getting worse, there is an avian vet look-up in the FAQ's or you can open the phonebook and call around, your best bet would get to a diagnosis from an avian vet and treat him accordingly. He could be sick for any number reason not just parasites.... That is MY 2 cent.... Keep him very warm, covered in a hospital cage or small cage watch for symptoms and get him to a vet...

Blocked Nazal Passage?
Is the sneezing all the time or here and there they do sneeze if they get a shell us their nose but if you see nasal discharge, brown above the nasal passages then an avian vet must be seen, call the avian vet explain the situation, I believe an excellent vet is one that puts the money factor aside works out a payment plan because the health of the animal comes first.

Any Help In Telling Me What Kind Of Babys I Have Would Be Awesome?
They all look like Opalines Yellow Faces 2 EXCEPT, Lizzy could be a 1 you will see more as she molts and Violet is not a yellow face, as for the the type of blues it is hard for me to see in the photos. You did great uploading for the first time and I appreciate that you read all the rules and size reguatulations though it can be time consuming it ensures your pics are not turned into links and it is a fact that members look at pictures more often and turn back on the links because it is too time consuming for them...great job.

Budgie Behavior
budgies don't pair for life (do they miss their partner if something happens yes) but the majority get along well with another, and when breeding in a large scale aviary there have been many a hen cheating with another male and that is why you can't always get the results you want in an opening breeding situation. We have a lot of information that you can look up in our FAQ section, here is the information on Bonding Have hen and cock bonded? Bonds are formed outside the breeding season in the aviaries and once formed they stay together throughout the year. The cock and hen recognise each other visually. There are a number of mate specific behaviours to look for: Mates sit together significantly more often than with non-mates. All males preen more frequently when they are next to their mate. Hens preen more often while sitting next to non-mates. Courtship singing is not a mate specific behaviour, however, the courtship song, is followed by courtship feeding more often when the mate has been addressed in song. Beak touching is the most frequent mate specific behaviour. Begging for food by hens is absolutely mate specific behaviour. Cocks feed their own mate significantly more often than non-mates. The only time that a male is fed by a hen is when he is sick. Hens are inhibited from showing aggression toward a mate. Cocks also show a beak thrust inhibition towards mates. Hens are not inhibited from showing aggressive behaviours toward non-mates.

Azul
I can't tell in that picture if it is a he or she but a word of precaution NEVER let an untamed or fearful budgie out of their cage without them knowing where and how to fly because they can smack into walls and break or injury a wing or even break a neck, take this note into mind when you bring your new budgie home. An excellent point made was making sure that the babies are being handled at a very young age so they can be tamed very easily, has your friend been doing any of this?
