They are all so cute, Pipi makes my heart melt though... One of my budgies (Apple) wouldn't fly and it wasn't until he was about a year or more old that he decided he might give it a good go.. before that he would flap about while bouncing on the spot :hap: :hap: Although he is a silly nut so really i shouldn't expect anything less from him

Oh Karen i do hope you are feeling better soon.. and its sad kens birds are not so well, just look at the bright side... as you are disinfecting the aviary, you can be working on your plans of the great cage switch too Moving plants, replanting, putting in your dividers etc etc and then when you do get to switching over, you will know you have a wonderfully clean cage to transfer your birds into Make sure you update us on the Dr's visit and I really hope you feel better soon Best wishes Una

also a vet trip may find an underlying problem that can be addressed and it could be the difference of you having him for a little while or a long time I know which option i would prefer..

okay cool.. yeah i think i worked out that the sky blue one was the only male and i also was thinking the dark blue one was indeed a violet, she is more of a violet colour than cobolt and she has beautiful purple cheek spots too. Ill go see if i can get some better pictures of her.

Unfortunately Lin it appears that the lil green budgies cere is ripped all the way through somehow I just cant wait for the scaley face to heal and then ill start the 30 day quarantine and THEN they can join the rest in the aviary for their sakes i just cant wait for that day, they are going to LOVE IT
