  7. I love this hexagonal Montana Indoor Bird Aviary I personally think the Hagen Vision cages are quite interesting and look very modern. Hagen have spent years carrying out research on the design, they are however expensive and I don't know anyone who's bought one. http://www.hagen.com/uk/birds/addinfo/vision.cfm. I've just got a beautiful butterfly mirror from that range.

    I use a specific cleaner for birds which doesn't contain nasty chemicals.

  18. I believe it is something to do with the acidity of the fresh fruit which can upset a budgies digestive system and crop. However in small amounts I haven't found it to be a problem, just sticky feathers and furniture.
  19. They say don't give citrus fruits but our Star loves orange.

  21. Good news Bea, any chance of another photo to show the before and after effects of treatment. It could put other peoples minds at rest who have budgies that suffer from the disease and show that it is treatable.
  22. Grapes are fine if from a country that doesn't use excessive amounts of pesticides. Find a local grower if possible.
