I am wondering how long to keep a pair in a breeding cage for? I have 4 paired up at the moment 2 pairs have been in for 2 weeks, not really doing much. The 2 other pairs are mating, chatting together, but no eggs, they have been in for a week. From the other post I'm reading and the FAQ's and search, it seems that it should happen fairly quickly? I am giving them extra veg, and crumble etc... These birds were "paired" in the avairy, meaning...always together, the cock feeding the hen etc.... I realize that all birds are different but, is there a rough time frame? I don't want to stress them out.... Thanks in advance Anne
