Curry, Chilli And Paprika
Both bubs look great. And why can't she be dominant? she just might like holding that gene close to her feathers Granted out of two clutches you would think a pied would show.

Nesting Material
Sometimes with a first hatching you can them closer together becuase the hen started brooding when there was a few eggs. Yes just under the beak you should see a yellow blob.

*** New Budgies Beak And Wing Badddddddd ***

Infertile Eggs
most hens are retired at age 3-4 but this when when they have been breeding twice a year from the age of 1. There can be some associated complications to the age such as egg binding. Saliorwolf a member here had her hen breed at age 5 (since she was in great shape and not drained from rounds of breeding at a younger age)

Nesting Material
not sure what the hysorb bit means either, but I use woodshavings from a pet shop for bedding in mice and rabbit ages as well for birds, so it sounds like the same sort of stuff, the shavings are added to help with footing and to soak up the poops so they don't stick as much to their little feet. Just put in in an open container to air out for a day (in the sun is good)

*** New Budgies Beak And Wing Badddddddd ***
Hey neat your new pair look great. I can't see signs of Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease with either of the, no feathers missing or growing incorrectly. But still if the hen has a longish beak a avian vet check would be good, a case of scaly face can make the beak over grown. Perches close to the edge of the cage or over crowding can cause scraggy tails. Chereeoke looked to be a dominant pied yellowface type 2. he might be a spangle and opaline as well.

Pairs Still Not Breeding!
This is the start of bonding/nesting behaviour from this point it can be another week or two before eggs appear. are you sure you have a female albino? she should have a dark brown cere like the others when in breeding condition and a pale white/blue out of condition. If the cere is smooth pink then you have a male.

Type 2 Yellowface And?
I agree with Kaz. Although I'm not sure of the type 2 idea, I don't see any blue around her legs or paleness of the yellow areas on her body (or a darker yellow mask) I think she is a green.

What Are They...
I agree with Lovely however with Koko he is still young, the bleeding into the chest feathers doesn't happen until the first moult.

Mammoth
Mammoth is a cutie and a half ( ) She is going to be a beauty.

Very Pale Breast Feathers
I would take your little Cheeky to the vet, I think what you are seeing is the down feathers that are usually under the out coloured feathers. He might be chewing/plucking himself while grooming or as the others have said a nutritional deficiency.

Gherkin's Spots
I think that is adorable My Pie is like that ALL the time ( )

Is My Budgie Too Old To Show?!
I don't know if there is an age limit for showing birds? Interesting question. the average age range for males to be bred with is between 1-6 years. Hen 1-3 year.

Stress?
well the long weekend should give you some time to watch and listen
-
Stress?
It could be the stress, when he was at my place he panted bit when I came close at first. Is he doing this while in the cage? Keep in mind he did have respiratory problems when young. silence (quietness) and extra sneezing where the signs when he was ill, also not playing with his bell. Tell everyone to watch him for things like that. The move although only a small distance is a bigger change to him from your room.

Just Bought My First Big Aviary
I have the same feeders too, they work well. Yes if your not planning on colony breeding (I don't like it either) then this is a flight cage.

Identification Needed Please
Neat your 100% correct Luntino, albino males don't get the blue cere like others.

First Show Pair
ahh thanks for that info Rob. I'm not a big fan on lacewings and so only have a basic knowledge on how the gene behaves.
