Wildlife Carer Number Needed
If you take it to any vet they will care for it in the meantime and get it to a wildlife carer once it is healthy enough

Help The Hen
I'm sorry Chrissy I have no idea, but I'm interested to hear the answer if someone has one as I'm having this same problem with a cock who I am desperate to breed but just sits there looking disinterested

Tail Poof
He is very young too, I find that alot of my babies do this or a little while until they learn to perch really well.

Hee Hee Hee
Did you cut and paste these? There are a few spots where I assume images are supposed to go. You need to save the images into photobucket and upload them from there

Cockatoo Cage?
I would be getting im the biggest indoor cage you possibly can, don't be suckered in by those tiny little things they call cocky cages at the pet shops, they are just too small. A 'patio aviary (like a large bird cage on wheels normally) is a perfect night cage for a cocky Welcome

Is Casper Still A Boy?
If he's not bothering her you don't need to split them up, just don't add a nest box It might be necessary tp split them up if he is harrassing her too much but i my experience the show types ar ea little more laid back in that department so they might be okay.

It's Wing Night...
Chrissy something for you to try. Have you seen that you can actually select the size you want the photo to end up on the little drop down menu underneath the 'upload photos' button in photobucket. It means that the photos automatically upload at the correct size and you don't have to try and resize them after they are uploaded

My lovely daddy is going to come and advise me on what the best way would be to get it looking great and lend me the tools I need, he may even have some varnish in the right colour too The tough part will be sandig the scrol work around the edge of the lid as that i fidly and all has to be done bby hand.

Babies Moulting Out.
My ear must have been burning Kaz! I promise I'm only rehoming ones that I am really not interested in keeping for the future (particular colours, etc)

No Luck?
Has the nest box always been in there or do you ever take it out? It could be something as simple as that the box is just 'part of the furniture'. I would take the nest box out personally and then put it back in a couple of weeks. If you have had her for 2-3 years since she was a baby then she is at the old end of breeding age but she isn't too old

Pine Shavings
I'd say it's a little drier over your way Kaz
-
Pine Shavings
But I have found that things stored in the plastic bins can get mould in the bottom of the bin which can cause more problems as the mould spores get through the whole bin. Personally I would prefer to keep the shavings as dry as possible and then maybe give them a light mist of water before using them in the nest box. Just me though

New Tropical Fish Tank
This will be the only one with fish in it :nest: I'm going to sell a couple of the larger ones and use the nicest one for the lizards

New Tropical Fish Tank
I picked up this tank and stand very cheap, it's solid but needs a little work to bring it back to it's original splendour I pick it up in two weeks, then I am going to reseal the tank and sand and restain the cabinet. We are going to fill it with plants and squillions of tetras
-
Pine Shavings
Also if you make a little fabric bag and fill it ith rice and put it in the bottom of the bin before you fill it up it will absorb any small amount of moisture/humidity that does make it into in the bottom of the bin

Year 11 Biology
Given we are now able to grow human tissues like skin in the lab we could produce skin, organs or anything else in the lab for use in testing I think it won't be long before we are able to do this easily and it would be better than animal testing as it would be taking place on human tissue as opposed to an animal which will naturally have a slightly different reaction.

Pine Shavings
Actually it' better if it' not air tight as it decreae the chance of it getting mould problem and also allows it to breathe a little

WOW, he is a talented man :budgiedance:

Pressing/ironing Chifon
I actually gave it a wash in quite warm water and left it to hang over night but the creases still haven't come out. I spoke to the people I bought it from and they recommended getting a dry cleaner to press it if it has been folded for a long time and then after that any new little creases should be easy to get out :budgiedance:

A Look Into A Professional Breeder's Breeding Room
Anyone have any thoughts on the lighting he has in his flight? I have been contemplating putting a flouro in my indoor flight but was thinking I needed to protect it somehow, but maybe not?

I Need Help Asap
I used to attend poultry shows and many of the chook breeders used to give their birds a good spray with homebrand bird spray :budgiedance:

What Am I ?
It is interesting Elly that TCB jumped out at both of us, it would be interesting to see if you got TCB cocks or just hens if you put her to a TCB Ah...in that case she reminds me of the way the chest markings on this girl are very washed out due to fallow (which is why I asked about her eye colour earlier) Incidentally I'll have to get another photo of this girl as she is looking gorgeous now that the rest of those brown feathers have dropped out
-
What Am I ?
Does she have any pied markings on her body at all? (other than her rump of course)
