Here is my beautiful Angelica..... but i am a bit stumped on her type... She looks like a YF2 opaline spangle to me.... but i am not really sure :sad: Her parents Dad is a violet opaline and mum is a YF grey spangle. Angelica :bump:

The membrane is likely to go off even once cooked and dried, where as the shell on its own is less likely to grow bacteria. If you dont have a microwave, then put them in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes then let them sit on paper towel to dry out completely - in the sun would work, but they need to be cooked first :party0011:

I am only learning with the young sexing, but at this stage and by those photos, I'd say its a hen.

I used trill for about 5 years and I found it great up until recently when they started adding the red looking seeds that the budgies and tiels dont like to eat. I was wasting to much so i changed. My birds went into melt down for about 6 weeks when i changed their food :party0011:: Make sure any seed change is done slowly, especially when changing off trill! If Trill produces a 20kg bad of canary seed than i will be VERY tempted to go back to it.
