She looks cinnamon in the head/ wing markings, but her cheek patches aren't violet as they generally are with cinnamons, but they could be due to the photo.

Big step Birdluv, life goes on I recently had a VERY big loss to me also, my partner and i went outside to find both my lorikeets dead the night after a storm i was in shock and cried for soo long! But in the name of moving on we're going to hand rear some scaley breasted lorikeets Although kiki and Lala were our favourite birds and they were a huge shock to have lost i just miss them so much i want a lori around to talk etc! I think you're doing the right thing and can't wait to see the new one! xxx

I've had a few like that, place it back in the nest and give the hen alot more calcium and protein to make better eggs... some never get better, but some thicken up with fertilisation and the process of a chick growing in it... place it back and see how it goes i'd say...
