Was doing 'dog stuff' have 1 spot that needs some attention. Have quietened them down most other places now. Weather has been perfect to be out lately. First time Ive done the double quote thing and it worked:)

Took a few pics of some galahs today, to be honest they are my least favourite bird but they take a good photo. They had come in to drink at the trough I was working at.. Few at another tank And sunset on the nullarbor last week... Thats all I got for here...
  6. Late reply I know and probably an old wives tale- but a breeder said to me keep an eye on the shape of eggs as this is how he sexes the chicks- Ive yet to take enough notice and keep track but maybe you can? Pointed vs rounded and what comes out of each. But otherwise yes its perfectly normal to have those shapes in the nest
  7. I havent been on much lately but beforeI was opening it up many many times a day :mallet: I refused to keep count... I will try to get back on more often
  8. Ohh MB I only just read this, I am so sorry how terrible this is. So far away but if there is anything I can do. But on the other side I am so happy you got your girl, how long to go now?
  9. I agree with RIP, on the part of the wings you the markings look grey. But going on what they are and not what they are carrying, Blue(violet) normals, that will change when hidden genes come out
  10. Nice grey fella, keep the good food up to him while hes in a big moult and changing owners/home at the same time.
  11. Some good lookers and some Baldy heads in that lot
  12. Lovely big feet too :thankyou:
  13. Is nothing to worry about, she is probably not ingesting much at all. Some birds enjoy the feeling of biting it, but she may be feeling she is lacking something in the cuttle bone. It is not a high source of calcium so she wont overdose on it or get ill. Let her go- the only downside is they go through alot :thankyou:
  14. haha Agree with Kaz, you are there by now (unless you chickened out?) and I hope you are enjoying or at least not terrified of the people there :thankyou: Give us a run down when you get back
  15. Congrats on the little family, are they showing colour yet?
