You need both parents to show or at least be split for clearwing or rec pied for it to show up, not just the one. As the hen is cinnamon you wont get visual cinnamons unless the male is also split for it.- I Have A Horsey!
That there would be PharLap!! EVen the stance looks like him- Fighting
Get some non-toxic paint from hardware store and just give the rusty area a once over to get rid of loose rust and give it a layer of paint. Lot cheaper than a new cage.- Baby Lacewing
Was having a laugh Elly- but Ino covers both yellow and white birds. Susann - Love the parents of the chick.- Baby Lacewing
Elly- I thought Lacewings were Ino? (red eye) Mum just looks like a lutino to me, looks a nice size though Cant see markings on the baby, looks like an albino on my screen.- Youngsters
Lol Elly if you'd seen them a week ago you wouldnt call them chunky!! (they are fat little things now though!!){- 34th Australian National Budgerigar Champion Show Results
I had a look at the pics the other day, but today they look so much better!! Still love the spots on the crested:)- Youngsters
Had these 2 inside for a couple of weeks. Didnt think they were going to make it- especially the grey. He seemed to be getting Rickets in the nest, which wasnt helped with the others walking on him. Mum stopped feeding and he wouldve been dead the next day if Id left him, he couldnt move his legs much, very skinny and lucky not to be put down. The blue is a bit older, same nest but seemed to be heading the same way as the grey mum seemed to have stopped feeding him as well- I brought them inside initially to save the blue and get some vitamins and good food into him, the grey well he was touch and go anyway and I didnt expect him to pull through. Both looking great now, grey has put on much needed weight, legs are good, appetite is huge and is starting to be a real character, BLue is a bit sookier, quiet and only just got him eating from the spoon rather than having to crop needle him still (both were crop needled until the end of last week due to their condition) Having a sleep after dinner- Pic - Charlie Murphy
The picture where she is eating makes her cere look like a hens- New House, New Aviary

This will be 2 sections- havent put the doors on yet, security doors and dividing panel will go in last Had to take a branch down- wouldve have been to close if the wind picked up. Hey Kaz- what was the outcome of Laila a while back as she looks clearflight pied and the little one looks D.pied?- My Aviary....start To Finish
Looks great Kaz, cant wait to see it up. Have a great dinner- not sure if I will be down to see you before 1 becomes 2!! But if I do come down I'll give you a buzz- New House, New Aviary
lol not particularly....especially if it could be used for mmmm lets see- budgies!! Nah not sure what I will have in that section yet, will decide when its up and the birds are in. (they're his lovebirds too most days!!)- New House, New Aviary
No wont take long at all. One end section will have my lovebirds, and I already have 2 aviaries of budgies so they get the other 2 sections (bit more room though) which leaves 1 section- we are 'discussing' his (!) finches or more room for budgies!!- Some Of This Years Young Birds:
