Bad Box Of Seed
I had that happen to me with a 20 kg bag of seed once - since it had been 2 weeks since I bought it I'd long got rid of the docket. I don't buy my seed from them anymore! You can get a 10kg bag of Trill from Big W for roughly $15.

Abandoned And Under Threat
Once a bird is a killer it is always a killer & will continue to do so. You must remove the killer hen whenever you intend to breed.

Any Goood Avairy Set Ups?could You Post A Pic Of Your Avairy And Help
Budgies are pretty intelligent creatures, as long as you provide them with shelter out of drafts & open air they will choose to sleep in the shelter or not. If they get too cold they will go together for mutual warmth.

Follow The Progress Of These Babies
I only know the hatch date for the last one - 20th January. I was still in hospital when the others hatched. However if we go by the every 2nd day guide - judging by their size in relation to each other I reckon we can - then the others would be 16t & 18th January hatching days. I will post more pictures on Saturday when I change the wood shavings.

Fly Boris Fly!
- Pair In The Breeding Cage
If you want them to breed Lin you could have left them in the breeder cage in the aviary. Letting them out for flight time might not be such a great idea if you want them to bond with each other.- How Many In The Aviary?
How's that daz? I have never heard of that before. I know people who keep 1000 + birds and only need a permit for the threatened/at risk birds.- Lin - New Cage?
uhuh Lin, you take care of the aviaries you've got. And save your money for a pair of Kakariki's . . .- Bubblegum Photo
Bubblegum is gorgeous!!- Cinnamon Wing And Recessive Colbat Pied.
do you think the far left one will be dominant pied opaline? The one I can't see the head (3rd one) can't see a spot so maybe it'll be dominant pied opaline too? Maybe all four will be pied. Help me out! My genetics knowledge sux alot!!- Cinnamon Wing And Recessive Colbat Pied.
Looks like 2 pied & 2 opaline (can't see colour properly)- Confused.
How was the vet visit?- Gender Question Again
He's pretty! I love him.- Help
Hi Aziz. Welcome I think your bird could also be mourning the loss of his previous owner/environment. - Pair In The Breeding Cage
