6. Some photos.............littlebudgie2005 will post some more later too
7. Looks great. I would have a perch going across to the nestbox from the feeder area. Re the rope ladder toy....cut the bottom fringing off to around an inch only. Birds hang themselves on those things by putting their heads through the fringing and then flapping, twisting and moving. Next thing you know there a bird hanging there either dead or dying. I speak from experience
8. Totally agree
9. I am home now...birds put away.... BIG show for us...418 birds which is big for here. Little budgie and I and two helpers were on show secretarys table doing the paperwork etc. We have photos both of us....might take awhile to get them up as LB2005 is out for dinner and I havent had mine yet
10. Times like these you have to know that knowing how to crop feed is a good thing. This baby is destined to die now and it has needed crop feeding well before this. Your attempts have not been enough at this point.
11. I fixed your first post photos
12. LittleBudgie2005 are you still going and do you have any birds to take ?

15. Post pictures of them and in particular their cere colours ohh i feel so dumb yea they are in breeding condition. the cock has a nice bright blue cere and the hen has a flaky brown one. The flaky brown can be considered just past prime breeding conditon and at the stage where its just about to peel off. Can you post a picture ?
16. Looking great Dave....I see some with my name on The style of birds you have now has changed since your fist ones eh ?
17. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qi...17193341AA6SVW1 Foghorn Leghorn appeared in commercials for Kentucky Fried Chicken http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foghorn_Leghorn TV ads also featured Foghorn Leghorn advising Henery Hawk to visit the restaurant for better chicken. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kentucky_Fried_Chicken http://www.youtube.com/results?search_quer...c+foghorn+legho
18. Does that mean he was a combination? No. it means I may have said it wrong
19. Possession is nine tenths of the law
20. About 30-40 % of my males help the mum feed the real young ones. Some males pace up and down the perch excitedly to let me know there is a new baby too. I have had about 4-5 males who sit and incubate the eggs with the female. And one male who just went in and sat on the eggs while the female took a break.....every time she wanted a break
21. I understand your feelings on this. I felt that when I first joined the first club. The second club was different but I am now in both clubs. I hope you have choices about the clubs you join and the only way to get over that feeling is to find them and go along and see what you like from any that you are considering. Good luck  PS I would have liked to see pictures of the birds you were discussing in this topic
22. Post pictures of them and in particular their cere colours
