Hey guys! I got one of my new budgies today! A green spangle, 6 weeks old he/she! I think it is a male as his cere is VERY pino, with some blue, but then he has a white patch on his cere aswell! The green hen is at LEAST a year old. You can tell becuase of her dark choclate brown cere, her iris rings, and her head has no more bars on it. So, you cant really tell. From the picture though, if i was to make a random guess, id say 2-3. For the blue male, its the same. His cere is bright blue, meaning hes at LEAST 8 months old. You cant really make out a iris ring, nor can you really see if he has bars on his head. If he were to have no more bars, and an iris ring, hed be about 1-2 i guess. If he does have bars on his head, and no iris ring, id say hes about 9 months old.... Hope that helps! ps-they are stunning, and what are their names??? Kirby

wow...i can do it for free..(Laughing out loud).. My aunts a vet, and she taught me how to hold them, what to do if somehting happens, and what materials to use. If i were you, you should just read from now on, on the web, and read some more on how to do it properly for free! I cut the first 10 feathers, which are the bigger ones. If you were to open the wing up, youd be able to see a distinct difference between the first 10, and the last 10 or so, since they is a dip in size. I know it osunds like im a professional, but im REALLY NOT!!!..(Laughing out loud). Im just trying to help you save money!!!...anyways, hes a beauty!, and good luck with him!!!... Kirby
