  1. Merlin makes it too if you disturb him after he is covered, I can understand that. It is like someone poking at you first thing in the morning and you are sleeping. As with the 2 of them together as long as it is not breaking out into a fight it is very normal. My 2 boys would do it also as a way of communication saying hey I want my alone time but I still want you by me. I wouldn't worry about it unless it was constant fighting.

awe that is okay he will come around, put his play gym on top of his cage that is what I did with Pretty since he loved his cage too. He is a doll, thanks for sharing.
  3. We had a recent discussion like this that RIPbudgie's brought up to our attention with her bird and she said the only way you can sometimes tell is through breeding.
  4. Very cute, make sure you follow 30 day quarantine for your new bird . Here is information http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/faqs/i...;highlight=quar
  5. all birds are either green or white (blue series), in this case the bird is a green series with the blue being erased from the mutation leaving the yellow base and because the yellow is darker you can say if the blue was present then it would be a dark green (1 dark factor) why do you say that Kaz?
  6. your pictures are always wonderful and you never over due it i absolutely love seeing your birds, they are stunning

I believe that marking eggs is good too for the beginner breeding so they can have a time line on when the next one may hatch and know which is which.
