Keep an eye on him if you find his behavior changes like fluffed up, not eating, very quiet I would call the avian vet back. One thing you should do is make sure he is very warm at least over 75F constantly. The warmer they are the better chance they have for fighting off any sickness. Those who know what to look for and have seen a lot of ceres usually around 3-4 wks, for those more inexperienced but can tell before the cere changes around 8-10 wks. The cere will start to change around the 3-4 month mark boy going to blue on regular mutations and a more tan in a female. Males babies will sport a very pink cere and a female will sport a more white pink cere which your baby seems to have. Also females are known to have thicker white nasal rings and boys if they have them are very thin. Let me look for some babies here and show you a female vs male.
