terrible over here, foreclosures on every street no matter where you live, it is such a buyers market, house on our street right next door to us sold for 150K it should have sold for at least 200K makes the market crappy for our values in our homes that are lived in, we have a house that foreclosed on our street too that finally has an owner and we live is a good neighborhood.

I did the same thing MB did but not a kilt not common in our parts . I left a long t-shirt on for both of my kids and a toilet like you have downstairs in our dining room for him to go to the bathroom. Everytime he did he would get a jellybean or m&m they work great and he would tell me the color helped out with pottying and colors . It was my husband's idea to keep him naked on the bottom because the feeling of underwear or pull ups makes them think it is okay to go. We never did pull-ups with Hailey our 2nd child it was a waste of money we learned. Both my kids were potty trained by 3. :what:.

I don't know what the situation is here but the house buying is a buyers market, the selling market is high and no one is buying. So if it is like that over there if you look around and take your time you are better off then jumping in too quick. I know you have to be out but maybe it would be better to rent again until you find exactly what fits your price range, style etc... Good luck.

You were advised from MB about quarantine BEFORE you went out and bought your 2nd budgie so saying you asked the breeder and she didn't say anything about quarantine is not a valid reason. In fact MB even offered one of her babies to you and talked about quarantine in that post where you said yes you were excited about that concept and then you could buy a quarantine cage. I have went through this post again from top to bottom and I don't appreciate you pulling out ONE of my phrases and not reading the rest. I did say I don't spend 24/7 with Merlin who is a single bird after his partner passed away suddenly 2 years ago. I DON'T have kids that play with my bird in and I am not retired. I do have 3 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids and Merlin is the center of it all. You can google anywhere and you will see that a ROUND cage is not suitable for a budgie period. Your right you said you would think about an aviary AFTER you asked your landlord about pets you were not definite on it. We have tons of information about suitable cages for 1 budgie and then more...all you have to do is research it for yourself if you don't want to listen to reason. If you don't believe the members of this forum then do your own research in books, google information on budgies, we are not nuts we are telling you the TRUTH and FACTS about cages, quarantine, the reasons why you should etc... The fact is you refuse to change/listen to reason and that is your choice, your birds WILL probably be okay and if they are not what that is just 2 birds not a 10 plus birds it is what is 2 lives right. That mentality of it is just a bird gets people into many a predicament. When I first chatted with you I was like WOW a someone is committed to their pets now I am not so sure... This will be it for me on this post, it is a waste of time to argue with someone who is not willing to be open minded for the benefits of their pets.
