It does look like Angel is a recessive pied. I'd go with a female. I'm not 100%, but fairly sure.

No budgie mutations I've ever heard of have that characteristic. It may be indicitive of some sort of illness or parasites like mites. I think, if it had been plucked in the nest there would be more baldness than just around the eyes. I don't think you should expose your other birds to it until you take it to a vet to see what's going on in case it's something transmittable.

So many pretty birds .. I like the grey and the blue pied near the swing.. but they're all just so handsome.

She's looking much better already. I can lots of new feather growth. She's being so good

What an awful thing.. but I'm really glad you were able to get there for at least 3 of them. I really can't think of any senario where the birds' owner would deserve to get them back.. unless they were stolen or something like that. I hope you'll keep us updated on their progress, etc. Good luck.

Ceaser looks like she's really curious and I love her colors. Elwood looks alot like Bunny, but I can see Elwood's wings are darker. Great pictures of all of them.
