Get some cotton wool and put it under LUKEWARM water. Clean his/her bottom gently. As long as he is eating that's a good sign. Is the poos he doing really runny (like diarrhea)? If so I'd take it to a vet preferably an avian (bird) vet. Does he just sit there sulking? Ps by the way try and stay calm they can sense when your stressed
