New Budgie Isn't Eating Moving Or Talking
as lin said but it also might be an idea to back off the handling for a while so he can get use to his new home. Talk to him in soft tones and if your out it might help him calm down to have a radio playing softly.

Help Identifying My Birds
Great back shots I'm with the others in thinking they are both dilutes. And as bea said tweety is an opaline as well. On their here heads there isn't even a pied dot so they are not pieds. You could argue that the could carry a recessive gene but then the store would need to have proof of what clutch they came from and all that. If you want to take the bother and get back the extra you paid I think you have every right to.

Help Identifying My Birds
go back to the shop and demand your money back. I have always wondered if folks where caught out on that or not. I have a shop near me that chages more for Harlequin and i look in the cage and there are only two in there out of about 20. HurdyBirdy is right they look like two dilutes, or clearwings. (same muations different level of colour or lack of) It also looks like you have a boy (Sylvester) and a girl there (tweety) so you names then correctly Sylvester will be chasing after her later I wondered about yellowface type 2 for sylvester, but he is ver young to have so much green on him already for that gene, so i would think a normal green. I can't see any pied signs on them at all, but a shot of the back would help with that. But even if they have a patch of clear feathers on their head, called a pied patch then they are a dominant pied and not Harlequin (recessive pied-as Hurdy said)

When Does Their Cere Change Colour?
they start changing with the first moult, at 3-4 months then it is normal changed at 6 months, some bird can take a bit longer and some shorter. It seems if they are with a group they change faster than when alone
-
Black Nails?
birds wtih grey toned legs have black toe nails just like a dog can have white or black ones. I would only worry if the bird had pink feet and only one nail was affected

Woohoo! Egg Number 2
Well if the oat and groats say for budgie I woud start to offer thenm some now, it's more for the mom/dad to eat to feed the babies. But use can also make osme home makde egg food. Hard boil and egg then crush it with some of the shell. Add fome fave fresh food and they will mucnh through it. What is she ?well i'm a bit lost myself the head make me think of opaline but the 'v' shape in the back doesn't match :/ Not havingflight wings makes it confusing too. But is is very pretty, what is dad?
