You could argue that the could carry a recessive gene but then the store would need to have proof of what clutch they came from and all that. If you want to take the bother and get back the extra you paid I think you have every right to.

(same muations different level of colour or lack of) It also looks like you have a boy (Sylvester) and a girl there (tweety) so you names then correctly Sylvester will be chasing after her later I wondered about yellowface type 2 for sylvester, but he is ver young to have so much green on him already for that gene, so i would think a normal green. I can't see any pied signs on them at all, but a shot of the back would help with that. But even if they have a patch of clear feathers on their head, called a pied patch then they are a dominant pied and not Harlequin (recessive pied-as Hurdy said)
