  1. so i was right fat and a glodenface draft kills
  2. you know me too well im getting really **** with genetics of late but im really good at drinking okay i will come back tonight when im bit more with it see what i missed yes two none dark carrying factor birds cant produce anything but a lnone dark factor but a one single and one no darkfactor or one light and one dd for that fact can produce sky i think :hap: just smack me with hammer if i got that wrong rip
  3. shes proud and has what i think a bird should look like but her tail is tad dropped im hoping its a baby thing i had ones before who drop tail tad she only came out may 4th so still needs to develop heaps ive extra proud of her and her sister will be keeping that pair together i think thankyou clear wing for your complement at least i think were on the same track in thinking if not im going to look like a fool :hap:
  4. Not only that, but each parent can have no more than one dark factor, since the chick has zero dark factor. The father is split for opaline. only one Parent has a dark factor (as you cant get sky blue with two one factor darkfactor carrying birds ) yes both split blue and dad / Opaline i hate these rip as something really obvious i bet and i bet i missed it or got this wrong

AOSV perhaps we had a dompied opaline grey wing skyblue showed here in the sheilds resently thing is if its a good bird and meets all the standards ofits varierty in this case good pied marks nice stance size in deportmon ship overal colour and perfict grey wings why would you not show it so what if it doesnt win if its good put it in i say
  8. intill more pics im not about to say but dave it right could be either only one more option after that and iu doubt it it looks like it could use exisize very healthy in a not so good way
  9. sorry thats a dom pie the combination part just means its split to rec pied the thing is if you breed a dom split rec pied to rec pied you get doms and rececives and normal split rececives the only way to tell a dom and a rec from dom rec pairing the dom being split is the chick will either get iris ring or it wont same as dom split rec paired to normal split rec pied you get doms and rec pied with only the iris ring to tell diffrents at times as the pied markings are verigated

  20. i dont know kaz my birds pair permanently i actually need to separate for month and marry them off and once released into flock even after the extended time breeding rest and all is go straight back to their original partner or chosen mate
  21. Thank you for your reply Kaz . If you breed a bonded pair, will they produce eggs sooner than a non-bonded pair? Also, what is the average time it takes for the first egg to be laid? im not kaz but if they are bonded and incondition 10 to twelve days for egg after about a week settling however in saying that i put a pair up two days agow and i have a cleared out nest and sighns of thikning these birds i could see were in true condition their for put in a breeding cage i had set up for them for spring if i had of waited id missed out
