I agree with Kaz, if you can figure out who the parents are, and you have the room I would start removing the non breeding birds...

:hi: I'm not good with telling the sexes of birds but I'm sure someone will come along soon that knows. Sounds like a good idea to use the cage for selective breeding. You're birds look great

I would take her to an avian vet. It doesn't sound good at all. keep her by a warm lamp.
