Hey guys and girls. how are we all? As you know I finally got some budgies a while back ( I know your waiting for photo's but I can't find my camera charger, will eventually find it.) I have been trying to feed them fruit and vegies but they don't seem to touch it. They occasionally take a nip as soon as I put it in but then they leave it. What can I do to make them eat their fruit and vegies?

Well I know you all thought the day would never come but alas... this friday is D-Day... I know I know, you wanna see pictures... when I bring them home I will take photo's... I managed to catch up with an old work colleague that I knew bred show budgies a few years back. Well he's out of the breeding game at the moment but he passed me onto a friend from his Club that has some.... wait for it.... LACEWINGS!!!! I know I know! I am a legend. haha. Well I really like lacewings so I'll be happy to get one finally. Friday can't come quick enough now...

I figured it was about the nationals, but wasn't sure. Thanks Kaz your a legend!

haha stalker stalker stalker... nah I've been given the go-ahead to purchase 2 at the end of this month... I had to prove that this wasn't just a fad that I was going through... I'm going around to breeders at the moment and checking their birds out... getting very excited! So I'll be able to stop stalking you guys soon!!

Well I did notice that this book said to build a nest box out of asbestos... I don't know if thats still seen as a good healthy practice..

Hello all, Its been a while since I've been on here, I've been away on Holidays for a couple of weeks. But.... While I was away I saw a Channel 10 news story on a budgie advertised but I never got to see it... It was a blue show bird and it one an award.... I think... but I'm not sure... did anyone see it? Or know what it was about?

went to merimbula last week and found Budgerigars in colour by a Rutgers... just about every kind of budgie you can imagine is in there... great find in a second hand store...

Birds look great, and you did an awesome job on the avairy... I've so gotta go do some DIY courses at Bunnings for welding or something... you've done a great job.

feather dusters is an illness... I'm not really good at discribing it but if you do a search for feather dusters you should come across something..
