  1. Bicarb and vinigar can be mixed to create CO2 which will knock them out - but also make a huge mess What about getting a Canister of CO2 and attaching a hose and pumping it into the space???

  5. They are both hens. One is a spangle and the other is a dominant pied They look well cared for and pretty healthy. The yellow could be YF or it could be food or medication staining.

  10. It's the season to take holidays, and it is always stressful leaving our beloved budgies with carers while we are away.     They all have their different moods for the different times of the day. They have a real distinct play rest pattern. All my birds rest and play at the same times of the day... when they are resting they don't want to be handled and are cranky. When its play time they fly around sing and play with their toys etc.

  22. 3 chicks now. This chick hatched late yesterday and has a bit of yellow belly so fingers crossed it will be okay. it made the night okay and is looking stronger today, it hasn't been fed yet, but its still absorbing the excess yolk so should be okay 8 eggs to go. Am waiting for Lady to get her butt into her box so i can put some eggs under her. I couldn't bring myself to toss the eggs in the end :question:
