Thats not nice of the vets at all. I would assume that a vet (like a human doctor) would always put the animal first before the loved one. A doctor wouldn't not treat a patient because they had an "issue" with the loved one... Sounds unfair to me..

i say its a YF albino that has been bred using parents carrying cinnamon, so has some cinnamon suffusion. It's one of those things that wont be known until breeding. Also, all albinos are masking something. albino is just an absence of markings, the actual genetics are still there and when bred you will find out what she is masking.

I have had birds get feathers like that. its normally related to stress and the feathers will correct over time when the stress is gone.
