Perhaps the cage is too small and she's dispaying anxious behaviour ?? What're the measurements?

Mother Of 4 Died
I'd be very cautious... do you perhaps have any photo's of the chicks so we can tell you if they're eating? If they aren't it may be best to learn to hand rear them ( I can help you with that if needed) Or to foster them to the nest of any members who have birds breeding near by you. Where abouts in Aus are you?

Any One Breed Cockatiels?
Congrats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations Libby And Renee
Cheers guys I was very impressed with them, didn't think they'd do well at all It's now inspired bob and I to take up show size breeding on a bigger scale than just the few birds we've bred so far The birds here are much bigger also Joel, but you have to remember these were my first birds bred, from fairly standard parents, so I'm happy with that result even if they aren't the most "desired" show types out Kaz doesn't give herself the credit she deserves, she had MANY beautiful birds in the show and MANY placings His ring is red AV, code - WB -7 060 WA Lastly i'd just like to say THANK YOU! to Kaz for enabling my birds to go to the show yesterday, it was out of her way to stop off here and she didn't have to :D Plus for lending the show cages for the birds Thank you!! P.s. there's no photo's up yet of your placings and birdies

A New Cage - Is It Good?
Definatly enough adequate space for two birds, not sure on two pairs however, depends on if you're planning to breed and if the pairs are compatible, may be a few hen fights in there, but would otherwise fit 4 birds fine

Tick tock tick tock If they were chirping today, but haven't hatched tomorrow, probably best to hatch them before they die in their shells

Fat show birds can still fly, just not as... energetically sometimes You may find it was also from being in a smaller cage she found no reason to exercise her wings (it's usually a cock trait) slacker hens

Advice Needed
Sulphadim can be purchased at most local bird shops and even ordered online The brand I use is Aristopet- Sulphadimidine Moment any of my birds get poopy bum or the "squits" so to put it I put them on a dose of thise to see if it clears up There's some Ebay stores that sell it, but your local shop should carry it Works a treat usually

Lovebird Babies
Good luck My lovebirds bred for the first time this year also (after years of owning them) They make lovely pets... mine paired up (yellow peachfaced to a green masked) to produce some gorgeous hybrids which I beleive are frowned upon, but they make lovely pets
