Ladys & Gentlemen.Why would you keep alive a budgie that has no control of its head. There is no law to say you can not put it to sleep.The budgie police are not going to come & arreast you.

Yes into the breeding pen,Pluck a few feathers from around there vent,I think you should breed. A mixture if birds if the hen is split recessive & the cock is split blue,

The easy way to stop the birds chewing the furniture,is to not let them out. :glare:

Why say the budgie is unwell.The bird is board &stuck in a cage with a mirrow.Throw the mirrow away.

I would prefer if they brought a small cardboard box,then a open cage,les chance of hurting its self in a small box.By regularlation, birds should not be transported in open wire cages.I could go on,but I wont. :(Laughing out loud):

I have used Garlic oil in the budgie seed,about 10mils to kg of seed. Mix it through the seed & feed out the next day,or put a clove in the water.

Iam pritty sure its not a greywing.Just a normal grey.

I find its best on hot days.To water in the morning & try not to disturb them for the rest of the day. I guess it depends on the type of avairy & breeding room.I have a old water type cooler & I place it in the door way of the breeding room & leave it run all day.Itkeeps the hot air moveing & a bit of moisture in the air if you keep the water up to it.I had 2 chicks hatch out some time yesterday, between 0600 & 2100 hrs.They were going okay when I looked this morning.I did`nt lose any birds from the heat.

Just get a tooth pick & place it under the toe joint & the ring & pick the toe out,Seeing as the toe has been under the ring for at least 2 yrs, it will sit in that position,pointing up the leg when you get it out.The toe is flexable & it should come out with outany trouble,

Iam sure what your saying Norm is correct.I spread the cleaning in the paddock when I clean out & not much come up in the paddock,that has anything to do with budgie seed.
