Well I will be,drinkers in the cage that the birds can bath in. Not only make a mess in the pen,they s',t in it & who knows what else, they may spread.Because they are all drinking out of it.

The 05 bird,I would be a little caurses with it,I would'nt like to pay, big$$$ for him,he is 4yrs old.

If you are worried about them not drinking it,take the water away tonight & put it back, the day after tomorrow, or if you have a eye dropper, a couple of drops in through the side of the open beak 7 you then know they have been wormed.

Just on the breeder,that put the ad in the Trading Post,would of done that, for one or two reasons,he doesn't want people coming to his home. or he is hiding something & if he is selling at a pet price,they may not be any good.But if you are breeding for size,don't breed to crests together. Breed normal to crest,& keep the best crest bred to put to a crest for the next season.

My Pick of the National birds without seeing them in the flesh, 1st place Blue, 2nd place cinnamon, 1st place Spangle. Its always hard to critique a bird on 1 picture only. I would be interested to know Daz and Gina's thoughts?? Thats a good exercize Heath,for the forum members to pick there 3 top birds. I would agree the Blue,looks the top bird,I like the 2nd placed. Dom Pie & will give my 3rd pick.when I get back tonight.

This thread has gone off topic,I would of thought,that all the members on here,would of had something to say about the birds at the National,especily the novice breeders,after looking at the photoes of the top 3 placeings,in each class,

I think it comes from,some states,name the classes different,opline normal wing is one & the luts & albino is another.If you look at some show results,from the different states,you will pick up,these name changes.

That would be handy,haveing someone elses, bidders number.No big deal until you come to pay.Then the bells start to ring.It happened to me once,went to pay for the bird,no bird. But it was found,computer problem.

What a buggar of an idea,you could be waiting a week, for your turn,& the bird you was interested in could be gone & you have wasted your time,at least if you do it by draw & you only have your name on one bird & you miss out, you can go & do something else.

186 from three clubs. That show the members on here the difference,between each state, Victoria,1050 birds 16 clubs NSW ?birds & 17 clubs,SQ is the next strongest state,?birds ?clubs. If a winner comes out of the other states, its a cracking bird,I always am pleased for the minor states,when they have a bird in the top 3 at the National.

The 186,is that from the 2 clubs,to pick the team for WA Kaz.
