Somethings Wrong
Get the ivermectin ASAP!!! The mites will eventually get worse and if you take too long to kill them, the damage to your bird will result in death, even after the mites are killed.

I've Had The Rarest Budgie Of Them All ;)
That was Kiwi. She was one of my favourites. She broke her leg in early 2009 and when I went to Perth, she stayed at my mother's place as she was nursed back to health. She had 4 great daughters with Twitch, the green guy in the photo. He has to be split blue and I will find out this year. Daughter turned out to be Opaline GreyGreen Dommie Pied Opaline Grey Dommie Pied Opaline Grey Green Cinnamon Winged Dommie Pied GreyGreen Cinnamon Winged Normal I am not sure if she was split blue as I lost her. She must have flown into the wire and broke her neck as she was healthy with no signs of illness on her death. I do miss her, she was a favourite.

The one in cans has a lot of sugar added to act as a preservative. Your birds are much better off with fresh beetroot. I use metal BBQ skewers. I cut off the leaves and stalks and put them in a seperate dish. I then take the beetroot ball, cutting off any roots. I cut the bettroot in half and stad it through with a metal skewer. I usually get three halves to a skewer. I then hook the open eyelet to the wire and hang the beetrooted skewer over a nearby perch. The birds love it.

Help Identifying My Budgies Colors
I think that you are right in your descriptions They look to be nice birds. The cock obviously looks to be a nicer bird, show characteristic wise, but then cocks often do look nicer. I think you are off to a good start with your first birds.

No problems. I know it is a genuine concern and comment on appearance coming from someone who calls themselves "FLUFFNUT" -

Expanding My Flock
I am in agreement with others, I think you need to move the birds. Not a very secure place to have them. Do you have a verandah at least to put them under? What abotu some bird netting 1 metre off the front of hte cage to sto wild birds getting too close? Your new birds are lovely, they come at a great price, and you obviously care about them a lot, so remember that all our suggestions are not about creating more work or being negative, we would just hate to see anything bad happen.

Canker And Megabacteria Treatments
I am not sure if you can get Ronivet from a pet shop, but you can get it from a vet. Tell them you want to do your avairy 4 times per year, and they will sell you Ronivet - more for pre-treatment thatn post. As for megabacteria, you cannot treat against that. Mega only really shows itself when the birds is already weakened and in poor health due to somethign else. Most birds in Australia carry mega, so do not worry about it. The best thing you can do is to keep your birds in a clean, dry environment. In saying that, do not make it too sterilised. The birds need to be able to build an immune system to handle some illness.

A Little Concerned With Dalek.
Maybe he has mites. If he is starting to bite his feet, maybe it is because something that is not visible to the naked eye is annoying him. Perhaps you need to give him a spot of ivermectin? Mites is a nasal passage/on the cere mmight also explain the sneezing. If it is not mites, and the ivermecting has not changed anything, then Darcy will be no different and you can rule mites out. 1 drop on the back of the head I say.
