Pearce's Budgerigar Blog
pearce, the blue goes away because the yellow molts more into the body making the bird look like a green series but really is a blue series, the bird that you are holding is a YF2.

Confused Birds
It is very common you just have to watch that the budgie doesn't irriate the bigger birds. In a pet shop I went to I saw a sun conure and a budgie and they were both in seperate cages but they could see each other through the plexi glass and then would huddle next to the glass together, it was sort of sad I think for the sun conure because he was alone and was looking for a friend but the budgie had other budgies but chose the sun conure to be next too .

The Kindie Cage Babies
Mr Piggy needs a bath !! :happy-dancing: I am currently trying to work out how to get him clean. Then he should be Kermit instead of Ms. Piggy, his cere is so pink I should have picked that out but all I had on my brain was "piggy" You know what he is jealous he is NOT GREEN like the rest of them that is why he is rolling in those greens

Is She ... Dying!
it is not common for a budgie to feather pluck unless there is an underlying issue, most feather plucking is done on the chest and around the neck not on the tail area, she sounds like she is molting but a picture would assist us better.
