I see you had her checked out by a vet was it an avian vet? My concern is it could be a bacteria that is triggered on by stress and it comes back. Bacteria even treated can stick around and lay dorminant.

Assuming that Lily is a recessive pied unless Chai is split to recessive pied you would get all normals with yellow faces maybe a surprise white face if Lily is a df yellow face. Of course there could be sex-linked surprises that Chai can pass off to this daughters.

on a green bird if they have a tinge of violet on their tails and feet I don't think in a blue bird it means anything. Pretty has a nice teal tail and very dark ...but maybe you are on to something but I haven't read that anywhere.

Yes I think that would be the problem she is not ready which is indicated by her cere. Especially if she is a proven breeder. You don't want to push something on her and have a clutch that fails.
