If she started incubating when the 3rd one was laid, then 3 should hatch on the same day, 18 or so days after she started incubating and the following ones should be every 2 days after that.

Make sure you advertise that you have found him, or peruse the lost bird ads, because that bird could belong to a little child who absolutely loves it to pieces and is now in pieces themselves crying over it, you don't know. I know if someone found my bird and decided to keep it without advertising, I would be very upset.

It has too much green on its tail head to be a lacewing, I'm going for a greywing/dilute opaline TCB, as the tail has blue on it which a lacewing does not.

Could you post a front on view of Max ( the double factor dominant pied please), because I am seeing the cere as quite brown. Dave that is only for the recessive pied. DF dominant pieds have normal ceres or two tone ceres (pied ceres). To me the bird appears female at this angle

Yes Bush budgies are light green. I am just worried that your bush budgies may not have been pure bush budgies.

There is a small chance that you will get blues out of that pair. But to reliably get blues, you need to buy some.
