Ever wondered what to send your budgies in?
Thats really only the way you can ship birds I think. (this is made for smaller birds such as budgies, finches and so on.) Im guessing about 5? Not sure Quite small, but if I was needing to do it, I would.

Ever wondered what to send your budgies in?
Have you ever heard of people and/or breeders sending budgies to other states/overseas and so forth and thought what do they send the budgies in? Well, it?s called a Transit Holding Cage and it looks like this: (this is a proper bought one, it?s NOT homemade.) Just for the members who wanted to know and all the people on the web who sent me an email regarding what they look like.

My Budgies And More!
Thanks Bea! Yes, I did when I started. Funny story. When I first started out, I bought 5 budgies from a local backyard breeder (breeds for fun) , and got a large box and put some wire mesh over the hole that I cut out in the front of the box. Next day wanted more budgies as I really enjoyed them, 5 more, then 10 more, then finally my order for my small aviary came and I transferred to there, than I set up a breeding centre, ordered a larger aviary and it just escalated from there! It took long time to get my setup going. I?m thinking of doing this - Our president of our club, Ian has a fantastic setup where he lives. I might go over and take some photos of how he has got his system setup for you guys to see today. (if he is home) I?m sure you will find that very interesting. Thanks It takes a while, as you have to start off the with correct line and go from there. Cool. Beedy is just a normal grey.

My Budgies And More!
When your a club breeder like me, you dont waste time naming birds. Only my house pets are named They all know me so they are not all that freaked out. Just remember that they are untame, so they still fly away if you try to approach them. I know which is which and I also know other info by my records which is coded to the bird's ring number.

Hi, I would just like to say that I would not like to see text shortcuts in your posts again. We are very strict on this here. I have edited your post to the correct words.

Buyer Beware
danger alert eh? Don't Do This With Pet Budgies! is a current forum here, but it kind of doesnt match as well as it could. I dont think it would be sutable for a main forum but perhaps as a sub forum? Ill get my staff's thought on that. Thanks for the idea!

Cage cleaning...
I usually clean every week or so.

Broken Talon
Not the best thing to say to someone needing help, but it can be true. EXAMPLE, not having enough money to buy seeds and basic objects for your budgie, but otherwise I would think you would be right. Yes, budgies ARE inexpensive (depending on your ammount of birds and where you live) and are great pets!
