I have six pairs in this aviary and all get on well together {some of them to well} not always do i get the results i was expecting. The aviary first pair yf violet recessive pied/opaline cock yf skyblue cinnamon opaline dominant pied/recessive pied hen dad mum and a foster baby 3 of their young and again another and second pair violet opaline clearbody/greywing cock violet opaline dominant pied/greywing hen dad mum their babies violet opaline clearbody hen and violet opaline greywing clearbody hen violet opaline greywing/clearbody cock pair three opaline clearbody violet green/greywing cock opaline yfgrey clearbody hen and her three babies she has been cheating a little bit i think with dad number one and a picture of five of the aviary boys That will have to do for now or i'll never get any sleep, i'll do the rest another time when i get a chance. Since the young are now fledged, you will need to remove the nesting opportunities. they will try and breed, and it will end up killing the hens as the strain on their imamture bodies is too much. They look great. Are they all what you have bred yourself or have there been some outside purchasing?
