The head is pretty rounded, normally the hen's head will appear more 'boxy', especially when they are relaxed like that. I think by 3 months the cere would be lighter at the base if it were a hen, just my guess. Link to comment

I think there's a touch of "purpley blue" and no "milky blue". I've noticed though that it's difficult to judge colour from photos as the white balance, saturation and hue of the pics often causes birds to look completely different. ie Sky Blues looking like Cobalts and vice versa.
