Remember they can be a tinch lighter or darker and still fall in that catagory. Check out the standards here right on BBC http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....showtopic=12640 you can see the color strip too. Grey greens are supposed to have black blue tails but because he is a spangle it gives him the clear tail. The white cheeks patches I believe I remember reading that they are common on spangles. Well, I saved the photo and magnified it, but the spangle markings are dark not cinnamon. I have a grey green cinnamon spangle and the markings are a light brownish not dark like this birds.
