Ive have been looking in local pet shops but am assuming its better to purchase direct from a breeder...is this a better option than a petshop purchase?? any info would be great..thanks Link to comment

You might have got away with simply saying hey does anyone know who to contact, but when you start asking about whether this way or that way is better it falls into the 'support' category  Link to comment

She isnt asking about a sick guinea pig just about contacts. There arent many small animal rescues around here. I'd try the cavy club ifyou are after something particular or if they cant help have a look in the quokka paper. Sometimes they are the better ones coming from a home that has handled them heaps and looked after them well. Good luck mate. Link to comment

I didn't mean to offend you (and others). Other members have posted about their Guinea Pigs, yes... but as we are a Budgie forum, we 'as a group' are not here to advice on other animals (not that we don't own them) As Elly stated, Offtopic Forum: Topics regarding health and support etc. of other animals besides budgies will be removed. However, feel free to post about your other pets with images etc. Again... sorry if I offended anyone... It was not meant in that tone or manner. Link to comment
